Cultura Imperium sells limited-edition clothing drops. Items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing without prior notice. We make every effort to display product colours accurately but cannot guarantee screen accuracy.

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We are not VAT registered. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity. You agree to provide accurate purchase and payment information at all times.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item and return it for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached. Contact us at culturaimperium83@gmail.com before returning any item.
